Thank you for considering the Upper Peninsula Resource Conservation and Development Council (U.P. RC&D) as a potential partner in your project! All applicants seeking project planning, fund raising, and other technical assistance are asked to submit a detailed application (available below) for review by one of our organization’s three Regional Councils, followed by final review by the U.P. RC&D Council’s Executive Board. Please note that the review process can take up to three months from start to finish. Due to high demand for project development assistance, staff time may only be provided to project applicants after final review and acceptance by the Executive Board.


The U.P. RC&D Council does not disburse funds for your project! Rather, we provide the expertise to help you develop your idea and, if necessary, research and apply to Federal, State, private, and/or corporate funding sources to obtain resources to address your needs.
